Materials that withstand the mountain climate
In the mountains, houses are exposed to significant stresses – snow, wind, cold, and strong sun. Therefore, we build with robust materials that can endure an outdoor life and become more beautiful over time.
Frames, panels, and interiors are made of solid wood. Floors are made of durable planks or granite ceramics – materials that can be sanded, treated, and live on for generations.
We use pine, spruce, and birch from Nordic forests – wood species that are naturally adapted to the climate and are also one of the most resource-efficient materials.
Natural materials for a healthy indoor climate
A mountain house must function year-round. Therefore, we choose materials that create a stable and healthy indoor climate.
We use natural materials without unnecessary additives. Surfaces and treatments are chosen to be durable, easy to maintain, and withstand an active life.
Smartly built – adapted for the location
Traditional construction in the mountains often involves long building times, many transports, and a significant impact on nature.
We do the opposite.
The houses are built ready in the factory and delivered in modules to the site. This results in fewer transports, shorter construction time, and less impact on the surroundings.
Minimal impact – maximum experience
The houses are lifted into place with a crane and positioned on a prepared foundation. This means less ground disturbance and that the plot can largely be preserved.
You avoid a long construction process with heavy traffic and disruptions. Instead, you get a finished house on site – quickly, controlled, and carefully.
