Building in the mountains entails specific requirements. Snow zones, detailed plans, and logistics affect both architecture and execution. Our houses are designed and engineered for these conditions from the very beginning.
Architecture, production, and execution are integrated within a single organization. You have one responsible party throughout the entire process.
All models are fully completed indoors at the factory and delivered at a fixed price, with the option of a turnkey contract. The result is a mountain house where both design and delivery are carefully considered from the first decision to the finished building.
Since 2005, Sommarnöjen has developed and delivered architecturally designed vacation homes throughout the Nordic region. With over 900 completed projects, there is an established organization for production, project management, and delivery.
